chats listor an action such asredact. Names come from a fixed list in the product; anything else is sent asother. error_occurred- A command or action fails. It carries the error’s type and message, with your home folder and user name taken out.
With each event
The product and its version, the operating system and its version, the CPU architecture and runtime, how the product was installed, how it runs (in a terminal, under an AI agent, from a script, on a schedule), which agent runs it, and the random install ID. Scripts, scheduled jobs, daemons and plugins send each event at most once a day.

Turn it off
DO_NOT_TRACK=1 turns it off in every product. Each one also has its own switch:
- ai-usage
ai-usage telemetry offorAI_USAGE_TELEMETRY=0 - telegram-sync-cli
tg telemetry offorTELEGRAM_SYNC_CLI_TELEMETRY=0 - Telesec
hermes telesec telemetry offorTELESEC_TELEMETRY=0 - Nothing PersonalThe switch in Settings, or
NP_TELEMETRY=0 - Am I sleeping?Sent by its server only, with no device ID
Nothing is sent before a product has shown you its notice, or from CI and test runs. Turning it off deletes the install ID. Put status in place of off to see whether it’s on and your install ID.
Where it goes
Events pass through this site on Vercel to PostHog (PostHog, Inc.), which stores them in its US Cloud as my processor. PostHog receives your IP address, derives your country from it and keeps the address with the event.
Deletion
Events are kept in PostHog. To have yours deleted, write to sergey@goodit.works with your install ID.
